First time in Sri Lanka, Bark.lk is proud to introduce a dedicated warranty program for customized pet products. We stand behind our craftsmanship, raw materials, and smart technology to give you absolute peace of mind.
Manufacturing defects can occur, and specific warranty coverage varies by product line — see the breakdown below.
Scope of Coverage
Laser Engraved Tags — 1 year from purchase date
Covers custom laser-etched details on our aluminum tags remaining clear and readable, plus structural defects in loops/attachments under normal use.
Sublimation Tags — 6 months from purchase date
Covers severe peeling, cracking, or unnatural fading of the sublimated custom artwork that occurs under standard daily wear.
Customized Pet Collars — 6 months from purchase date
Covers the structural integrity of the high-strength nylon webbing, stitching, metal D-rings, buckles, and adjustment sliders.
NFC & QR Smart Tags — 1 year from purchase date
Covers the internal NFC chip and the printed external QR code continuing to function technically.
What Is Not Covered
- Animal damage (chewing, biting, scratching, tearing)
- Cosmetic wear and tear
- Loss or theft
- Chemical or accidental damage
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Contact our support team via email or WhatsApp.
- Provide your order details (name, phone, order ID).
- Submit photographic or video evidence of the defect.
- We verify the claim and dispatch a free replacement.
