How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
Delivery is charged by weight and shown at checkout before you pay: name tags and collars Rs. 350 for the first kilogram plus Rs. 100 per extra kilogram; pet food and supplies Rs. 450 for the first kilogram plus Rs. 110 per extra kilogram. In-stock items usually arrive in 2–4 business days; custom tags and collars are made to order and take 2–7 business days.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes, cash on delivery is available for orders up to Rs. 20,000. You can also pay by Visa or Mastercard, or split the cost into 3 payments with Koko.
Do you deliver outside Colombo?
Yes. We are based in Kandy and deliver to every district in Sri Lanka, including Colombo, Gampaha, Galle, Matara, Kurunegala, Jaffna and Batticaloa. Remote areas can take a day or two longer.
Can I get a pet name tag with my phone number?
Yes. Bark.lk makes custom pet tags to order with your pet’s name and your phone number — printed in full colour (30+ designs) or laser-engraved in metal, in Sinhala, Tamil or English. Laser-engraved tags have a 1-year warranty and printed tags a 6-month warranty.
What is a smart QR pet tag?
A tag with a QR code and NFC chip linked to your pet’s online profile. Anyone who finds your pet can scan it with a phone — no app needed — and call or WhatsApp you straight away. You can update your details any time without buying a new tag.
